Tragedy struck yesterday as a student of the University of Uyo drowned while swimming in Itu river.
22-year old Brian Archibong popularly known as "Sharkasha", a final year student of the department of Geography & Natural Resources Management met his end while swimming at the Itu river yesterday [Saturday 25th April, 2015].
The deceased was reportedly rescued and rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
