New Date: UNIUYO 2014/2015 Freshers Screening & Registration

This is to inform all fresh students admitted into the University of Uyo that a new schedule for the Screening/Registration exercise of newly admitted students has been approved as indicated below:  
DATE: Starting: Tuesday, February 24, 2015
TIME: 9.00AM Daily. 
VENUE: University of Uyo Town Campus, Ikpa Road, Uyo.

All fresh students are advised to appear with their original credentials and other relevant documents for the screening/registration exercise.


Relevant documents for the screening/registration exercise are:

1. The Acceptance Fee receipt. Candidates must have paid the approved non‐refundable acceptance fee of ₦15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand Naira) only at the UNIUYO Microfinance Bank Ltd, Uyo.

2.Original copies of the following academic credentials:
(i) JAMB Admission Letter, 
(ii) JAMB result
(iii) First School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial
(iv) Original WASCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE results
(v) Original A’ Level/Diploma/Degree Certificate (if admitted through Direct Entry) 

N/B: Cases of awaiting results will NOT be accepted.
 

3. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.
 

4. Letter of Recommendation (from a Village Head/Principal/Clergy/Civil Servant)

5. Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin


6. At least 16 Passport Photograph, same as the one used during the Post-UTME examination.

1. Candidates must have  paid the approved non‐refundable acceptance fee of 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand Naira) only, into the UNIUYO Microfinance Bank Ltd, Uyo  and present the official reciept to the Screening Officer on resumption for Screening and Registration exercise.
2. Candidates must come for screening with the following credentials:
(i) Original copies of their educational qualifications (Statements of Results/Certificates). N/B: Cases of awaiting results will NOT be accepted.
This include: Original JAMB Admission Letter, Oriiginal JAMB result (with your passport) Original First school Leaving Certificate / Placement Testimonial , Original WASSCE / NECO / NABTEB / GCE results, original A’Level, Diploma, Certificate, Degree result (if admitted through Direct Entry)
(ii) Birth Certification/Age Declaration.
(iii) A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your community/or civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector.
(iv) Certificate of Local Government of origin; and
(v) this notification of admission status slip.
(vi) At least 16 Passport Photograph, same as the one used during the post utme examination.
